| 摘 要： | 天河区是广州市第一个发展中的新区，是全市科技文教体育集中之地，工商交贸发达，聚集效益，规模效益和区位效益明显，天河区开发目标，一是建立工业园区，一是房地产开发，为此，要改革管理体制，协调条块条件，搞活房地产业，发挥科技潜力，扩大资金来源。

| Abstract: | Tianhe District, a developing region of Guangzhou City, is a congregation of science, technology, culture and education. Industry, communication,commerce and trade are flourishing. The benefits of concentration, scale and location are distinct. Aims of district development: 1. building the industry garden; 2. developing real estate. So, we must reform management, adjust relations, promote real estate busniess, give play to scientific and technical potential, tap financial resources. |
