摘    要:介绍了用X射线衍射法测定残余应力的基本原理与实验步骤,并用X-射线法测量了电镀在低碳钢上Zn镀层中的残余应力,实验结果表明镀层中的残余应力为拉应力.同时对残余应力的来源进行了讨论与分析,对X射线法测量Zn镀层中的残余应力所出现的问题进行了说明.

Abstract:The principle and the method of the X-Ray Diffractometer (XRD) used to measure residual stress is introduced in this paper. Consequently the residual stress in zinc coating electroplated on the lower carbon steel is measured by XRD. The experiment results revealed that the residual stress in zinc coating is tensile. We also analyze the origin of the residua stress. The problem during measuring the residual stress of the electroplated coating is interpreted. Our results show that XRD is a valid method to measure residual stress in the electroplated coating.
