| 摘 要： | 高校董事会发展的切入点选择应遵循四个“有利于”原则，即有利于学校教学科研水平的提高和师资队伍建设；有利于优化学校的结构和布局，使人、财、物资源得到合理配置和利用；有利于各方的发展和增加新的活力；有利于更好地为地方区域经济和社会发展服务，以适应２１世纪经济与社会对高等教育的需要。提出从协作、联合、声誉效应、资金四个方面确定切入点选择方案 |
