| 摘 要： | 通过调查抚顺师专新生的健美操兴趣、基础等方面情况,发现抚顺师专大一新生对健美操运动兴趣浓、动机多样,这是促进健美操学习的有利因素,但新生健美操基础薄弱,绝大多数新生对健美操的了解和认识都还很不足,对此给出相关建议,以提高新生学习健美操的兴趣及运动水平.
