| 摘 要： | 以成都市工业用地土地利用现状数据为依据,选取相应的评价指标体系,构建评价模型并确定指标权重,选择样本片区作为功能区的代表,并运用极限评价法和综合评价法评价各工业功能区的土地集约利用程度和潜力挖掘程度,并结合成都市实际情况提出工业用地土地集约利用的途径与措施.

| Abstract: | Taking Chengdu,Sichuan Province of China,industrial used farmland utilization present situation data as the basis,we select the corresponding appraisal target system,construct the appraisal model and determine the target weight.Moreover,we choose sample piece area as the representative of function region and use limit appraisal law and synthesis appraisal law to appraise the land's lintensive degree of utilization and the potential excavation degree.Finally,in the light of Chengdu's factual situation,we propose the ways and measures for the industrial used farmland intensive utilization. |
