| 摘 要： | 在Cd-DB～CDAA显色体系中引入流动注射进样技术测定痕量镉,简单、快速重现性好。镉量在0～2.0μg/ml范围内符合比耳定律,检测限为0.01μg/ml。配合纸色谱分离,测定了酱油和米醋中痕量镉,结果满意。

| Abstract: | A method of flow injection analysis was introduced into the spectrophot-metric system of Cd-DB-CDAA complex for the determination of trace Cd ( Ⅱ ) This method was simple,rapid and reproducible one Beer's law was obeyed with in the rang from 0. 00 to 2.μg/ml for cd(Ⅱ) ,and the detection limit was 0. 01 μg/ml After soyand vinegar was separated by the paper chromatography,the method can be used in the deter-minationn of trace Cd(Ⅱ ) with satisfactory results. |
