| 摘 要： | 通过气相色谱-质谱分析了米糠汕的主要脂肪酸廿汕酯组成。结果表明：米糠含汕率为15．2％，其中主要含有亚汕酸甘汕脂37．08％，汕酸甘汕脂34．12％，棕榈酸甘油脂21．84％，硬脂酸甘汕脂2．89％，瓦克芩酸甘油脂1．2l％，花生酸甘油脂0．97％，豆蔻酸脂肪脂0．64％，不饱和脂肪酸脂占总油脂的72．41％。理化指标测定结果表明：米糠油相对密度(d4^20)为0．9255，折射率(20℃)为1．4720，酸价(mgKOH／g)为1．9，碘价(gl／100g)为105。

| Abstract: | The composition of fatty glyceride in rice bran oil was studied by Gas chromatography/Mass spectrometry .The resutls showed that the oil content of rice bran was 15.2%.The oil mainly consisted of linolein 37.08%,triolein 34.12%,palmitin 21.84%,stearin 2.89%,variolarin 1.21%,arehidin 0.97%.The total amount of the unsaturated fatty glyceride was 72.41%.Physical and chemical test results showed that relative density was 0.9255,refractive index 1.4720,acid value 1.9,iodine value 105. |
