米糠油脂肪酸甘油脂组成及理化指标的测定

摘    要:通过气相色谱-质谱分析了米糠汕的主要脂肪酸廿汕酯组成。结果表明:米糠含汕率为15.2%,其中主要含有亚汕酸甘汕脂37.08%,汕酸甘汕脂34.12%,棕榈酸甘油脂21.84%,硬脂酸甘汕脂2.89%,瓦克芩酸甘油脂1.2l%,花生酸甘油脂0.97%,豆蔻酸脂肪脂0.64%,不饱和脂肪酸脂占总油脂的72.41%。理化指标测定结果表明:米糠油相对密度(d4^20)为0.9255,折射率(20℃)为1.4720,酸价(mgKOH/g)为1.9,碘价(gl/100g)为105。

Abstract:The composition of fatty glyceride in rice bran oil was studied by Gas chromatography/Mass spectrometry .The resutls showed that the oil content of rice bran was 15.2%.The oil mainly consisted of linolein 37.08%,triolein 34.12%,palmitin 21.84%,stearin 2.89%,variolarin 1.21%,arehidin 0.97%.The total amount of the unsaturated fatty glyceride was 72.41%.Physical and chemical test results showed that relative density was 0.9255,refractive index 1.4720,acid value 1.9,iodine value 105.
