| Abstract: | Structures and properties of quasi - commutative chained semigroups are studied. We establish several equivalent characterizations of cancellative chained semigroups, and obtain some conclusions on Noetherian cancellative semigroups. The results of this paper generalize some results given by M. Satyanarayana and Bowling Green. |
