| 摘 要： | 比较供试棘托竹荪(Dictyophora ictyophora)菌株在竹屑、木屑、棉籽壳、醋糟、玉米芯、稻草等7种基物上的生长情况,测定了基物失重、生长速度和纤维素酶活。结果表明:醋糟作为基物培养棘托竹荪菌株,优于棉籽壳、稻草、玉米芯;近似于竹屑、木屑。另外,供试醋糟品种间也有区别。

| Abstract: | The growth case,of the strains of Dictycphora Ictyophora at the sub- stance of bamboo powder,sawdust,cottonseed shell,acetic grains,cora cob and rice straw,was compared.The lower weight of the substance, the rate of growth and the activity of cellulase were determined.The result of the tests showed.acetic grains,as a substance cultivated the stratns of D.ictyophora,is better than cottonseed shell,rice straw and corn cob,and approximate to bamboo powder and sawdust.On the other hand,the results,the different composition of acetic grains,have some difference. |
