摘    要:楔横轧空心零件过程中轧件会发生压扁变形,增加了成形的困难. 文中首先采用有限元数值模拟的方法,对平板压缩实心零件和空心零件进行对比,研究了空心零件压扁变形的特征,并得到了压下量和相对壁厚是影响压扁变形程度的主要因素. 通过模拟两辊楔横轧成形实心和空心零件的轧制过程,分析了压扁变形使空心零件旋转条件变差的原因及其对轧制过程和成形结果产生的影响,进而提出了改善成形条件的方法.

Abstract:The flattening deformation in the process of cross wedge rolling hollow parts increases the difficulty of forming. Based the finite element method, flat plate compression of solid part and hollow part was compared, and flattening deformation characteristic of hollow part was investigated with the major impact factors of reduction and relative wall thickness. On the basis of simulating the process of two-roll cross wedge rolling solid and hollow part, the reason that flattening deformation deteriorates the rotation condition of hollow part, its influence on the rolling process and forming result was analyzed. Furthermore, a method was proposed to improve the forming conditions. Through rolling experiment it was verified that flattening deformation brings on the poor rotation condition and oval of the hollow parts.
