| Abstract: | This article concerns the inverse eigenvalue problem of totally nonnegative matrices. Gener al sufficient conditions for a complex n-tuple to be the spectrum of a totally nonnegative matrix and some necessary and sufficient conditions for a given complex triple to be the spectrum of a 3 × 3 totally nonnegative matrix are presented. |
