摘    要:采用正交设计研究低频电流和赤霉素相结合对唐古特大黄种子萌发及活力的影响。结果表明:影响种子萌发及活力的主要因素是电流强度和作用时间,赤霉素浓度和浸种时间是次要因素。在促进种子萌发和提高种子活力上,正交试验结果得出的优化组合分别为:电流强度1.0 A,作用时间90 min,赤霉素浓度70 mg/kg,浸种处理15 h;电流强度1.0 A,作用时间90min,赤霉素浓度30 mg/kg,浸种处理21 h。低频电流和赤霉素处理可以促进种子萌发及活力。

Abstract:By introducing orthogonal optimized experiment method,Tanggula rhubarb seeds were processed with low frequency currents combined with gibberellin,and their germination and activity are studied.The results show that both two factors have positive effects on seed germination and activities.The principal factors are intensity of currents and treating period,secondary causes are gibberellin concentration and soaking period.The orthogonal optimized experiment method shows two optimal solutions: first,Tanggula rh...
