简析高校图书馆馆藏文献建设水平与文献保障水平

《普通高等学校本科教学工作水平评估方案》(试行)中有关图书馆评估指标的C级标准———“生均文献量”仅提出对馆藏文献数量的要求,却无法反映文献质量,而且,电子文献排除在“生均文献量”之外,不能全面反映图书馆文献建设状况.高校图书馆馆藏文献建设的质量标准应当随着信息技术的发展进程相应更新,以反映馆藏文献建设水平与文献保障水平.

An Analysis of the Quality of University Library's Literature Stock and Its Guarantee

On the basis of an analysis of the "literature holdings per student",the C Standard of the library index in the Assessment Scheme for Undergraduate Teaching in Full-time Chinese Universities and Colleges(Trial Version),this paper points out that this criterion "literature holdings per student" cannot exactly indicate the condition of a university's library holdings in all its aspects,for it does not suggest the quality of literature at all but the quantity,and all electronic literature is excluded.Then this paper elaborates the quality standard of university library's literature holdings and the relationship between the quality of university library's literature holdings and their guarantee.
