医疗体操对颈源性血压异常的作用

目的:研究医疗体操对颈椎性血压异常的影响.方法:51名血压异常患者进行四个疗程的医疗体操锻炼.结果:医疗体操对86%的患者血压异常起到调整与稳定作用,血压的稳定与颈椎病典型症状减轻及消失呈同步趋势;患者了解了颈椎病与高血压的关系,减轻心理负担,提高锻炼的积极性;100%患者的颈椎活动范围扩大,其中28%患者达到正常水平.结论:继发性高血压与颈椎病有高度相关性,牵引拉伸运动为主的医疗体操对颈椎性血压异常有降低与稳定作用;能使颈椎病等症状得到改善甚至消失;颈椎功能基本恢复正常.

The Therapeutic Effect of Medico-Gynmastics on Unusual Blood Pressure Function by Cervical Spondylosis

Purpose: The therapeutic effect of medico-gymnastics on unusual blood pressure function bycervical spondylosis of influence.Method: involve 51 patients with unusual blood pressure in a four-course treatment by doing medico-gymnastics Results: the medical apparatus and instruments have an adjusting and stabilizing effect on 86% patients with unusual blood pressure.The stabilization of blood pressure goes in step with the alleviation of the typical symptoms of cervical spondylosis.On knowing the relation between cervical spondylosis and hypertension,the patients began to relieve their anxiety and be active in doing such therapeutic exercises.Consequently,100% of the patients felt their cervical spine more flexible and 28% got recovery.Conclusion: the Secondary Hypertension is highly interrelated to cervical spondylosis.The medico-gymnastics,which mainly includes traction and drawing action,has an adjusting and stabilizing effect on the unusual blood pressure caused by cervical spondylosis.It can help to improve and even cure the cervical spondylosis and some correlated symptoms.Thus the cervical spine can function well.
