摘    要:为分析淮河流域的闸、坝等水利设施对水生态环境的影响,采用多种生物指数法对淮河流域典型闸坝断面的生态系统现状进行了综合评价。结果表明,大多数水库处在生态稳定的健康状态;64%的所调查评价的河流生态系统处在不健康或亚健康状态。淮河干流水生态与水环境优劣的突变点在临淮岗,临淮岗以上的河段污染较轻;临淮岗以下河段污染较重。建议统筹考虑流域闸坝间水量联合调度与水污染源控制的共同作用,以使淮河流域水生态尽快得到恢复改善。

Abstract:In order to inv est ig ate the inf luences of dams and w ater gates on the river eco sy stems of the Huaihe River, the bio logical index es w ere employed to assess the present status of river ecosystems on ty pical dam and w ater gate sections in the Huaihe River. The r esult s show all reservoirs in the Huaihe River basin are in healthy status, and 64% of all studied r iv er ecosystems is in sub-healthy co ndit ion or significant damag e status. Additionally , the mutatio n spot o f environment and eco systems of the Huaihe River is fo und at the Linhuaigang Dam. The downst ream of the Huaihe River after Linhuaig ang Dam w as polluted mor e seriously than the upstr eam. It is recommended that the union dispatch of water quant ity and quality should be taken into acco unt among dams and w ater gates in the w ho le Huaihe River sy stems to improve and resto re the biolo gical ecosystems of the Huaihe River.
