非重点高校如何正确处理科研与教学的关系

The Solutions to Handle the Relationship Between Teaching and Scientific Research in Ordinary Universities

Teaching and scientific research,the two main tasks in higher learning institutes,should be reinforced each other.But owing to their specialities,different levels and background,teaching and research in different universities should be treated differently and purposefully,eliminating the fact that the research is empty high and totally divorced from the teaching so as to enhance the internal relations between the two.
