| 摘 要： | 以开发商土地寻租博弈均衡策略为核心,首先对经典Tullock寻租博弈模型进行了拓展,得到了基于不同土地价值期望的寻租博弈模型.随后对均一估值和差异估值下的博弈均衡进行了分析,得到了寻租博弈参与人的有效均衡策略.该模型可以对寻租博弈的最终结果进行预测,有利于经济合理地使用社会资源.最后,利用实例对该模型的有效性和可行性进行了说明. |

| Abstract: | This study focused on equilibrium strategy of developer land rent-seeking game. At first, the classical Tullock rent-seeking game model was improved and got the rent-seeking games model based on different expectation of land value. Subsequently, the analysis of game equilibrium was conducted under equalization assessment and discrepancy assessment of land value and realized effective equilibrium strategy of rent-seeking games participant. This model can be used for the result forecast of rent-seeking games, which is benefit for the economical and reasonable use of social resources. Eventually, a practical example was provided to illustrate the validity and feasibility of this model. |
