空肠营养管在食管贲门癌手术中的应用

本文总结并分析空肠营养管在食管癌和贲门癌手术中应用的临床意义。对我院两年多来69例食管癌和贲门癌的病人术中留置空肠营养管，术后建立肠内营养支持治疗的总结，结果无一例发生吻合口瘘，术后病人恢复快，肠道功能恢复早，同时减轻了患者的经济负担。分析认为空肠营养管在食管贵门癌手术中的应用具有良好的临床效果。

The thesis concludes and analyzes the clinical significance of the use of nutrition tube put in jejunum during the esophagus cancer＇s treatment, In last two years, we used postoperative inter-intestine nutrition with a nutrition tube put in jejunum to treat 69 patients with esophagus or cardia cancer. It is found that the fistula of esophagogastrostomy is avoided, the patients gain a quick recovery in intestinal function postoperatively, and the patients＇ economical burden is lessened. The analysis concludes the use of nutrition tube put in jejunum during the treatment of esophagus cancer has positive clinical effects.
