摘    要:全废渣蒸压粉煤灰砖是以粉煤灰为主要原料,以电石渣替代生石灰,以柠檬酸渣替代石膏,炉渣作为骨料配制而成的。本文通过试验研究不同配比的胶凝材料、不同灰水比及不同级配骨料掺量对这种蒸压粉煤灰砖抗压强度的影响规律,得出原料的最佳配比。结果表明:全废渣蒸压粉煤灰砖各原料之间都存在一个最优配合比,只要确定好合适的原料掺配比和生产工艺,利用工业废渣完全可以生产出高强、优质的蒸压粉煤灰砖。

Abstract:The all slag autoclaved fly ash brick makes use of fly ash as the main raw material, with carbide slag replacing quick lime,citric acid residue replacing gypsum and slag as aggregate. Experiments were conducted to explore the impact of different proportion of cementing materials, different cement-water ratio and different dosage of graded aggregate quantity on the compressive strength of this brick,and to draw the best proportion of raw materials. The results show that:there is an optimal mixture among the raw materials. Industrial waste can be used to produce high-strength, high-quality autoclaved fly ash brick based on suitable mixing ratio and production process.
