槐米中芦丁提取工艺的比较研究

摘    要:对常用的几种槐米中芦丁提取工艺进行比较.取槐米,分别采用碱提酸沉法,热水提酸沉法,热水提20%、40%及60%醇沉除杂法5种方法提取槐米中的芦丁,提取液浓缩干燥为固形物,测定固形物干重及芦丁与总黄酮含量,计算芦丁收率.实验结果发现,传统的碱提酸沉法芦丁提取率为最高,热水提20%乙醇除杂法获得的固形物芦丁纯度最好.因此,碱提酸沉法与热水提20%乙醇除杂法适于槐米中芦丁的提取.

Abstract:Five methods, including extraction with alkaline solution and precipitation with acid solution, ex- traction with hot water and precipitation with acid solution, extraction with hot water and precipitation with 20% ,40% ,60% alcohol,are taken to extract rutin from Huaimi.The final extract solutions are concentrat- ed and made into solids. The dry weight of soilds, the contents of rutin and general flavonoids are measured respectively. The yield of rutin is calculated. The results show that the extraction with alkaline solution and precipitation with acid solution gets the highest yield of rutin. However, the highest purity of rutin is ob- tained by the extraction with hot water and precipitation with 20% alcohol. Therefore, two methods-extrac- tion with alkaline solution and precipitation with acid solution, extraction with hot water and precipitation with 20% alcohol, are suitable for the extraction of rutin from Huaimi.
