从提高“”的审美能力、“史”的认知能力、“论”的理解能力等方面阐述了建构中国古代学审美理论体系的动因，从注重古人创作和审美的实际、用今人的观点来透视、把定向观照和多向思维结合起来等方面探讨了建构这种理论的方法。目的在于使中国古代学理论的研究既有传统性又有现代性，既有本土性又有世界性。

Building up the aesthetic theory of ancient Chinese literature: motivation and method

This paper elaborates the motivation for building up the aesthetic theory of ancient Chinese literature from the aspects of improving the aesthetic capacity of the literature itself,the cognitive capacity of the history of literature and the comprehension of the theory of literature,and explores its building-up methods in such ways as emphasizing the reality of literature-creation and aesthetics at that time,analyzing them in a modern way and associating the concentration on one aspect with that on all aspects,which will make the study of the ancient Chinese literature both traditional and modern and national and international.
