| Abstract: | This article analyzes the characteristics and problems of our country's financial investments in science and techonolgy.It also provides a complete policy consideration regarding financial investments in science and techonolgy.We recommend that the financial policy should make extra and increased efforts in the following three areas:total amount of science and techonogy investments,investment structures,and capital accumulation through multiple channels. |
