| Abstract: | Starting from the recent"The List of Top Largest 100 Chinese Software Industrial Enterprises",analyzed the gap of software industrial enterprises between Hebei Province and others is analyzed and the talent cultivating model is put forward in which the usability of software industrial talent can be improved,in which universities and software enterprises(including scientific research institutions) must be associated,sharing advantages with each other. |
