| 摘 要： | 流媒体是一种以音视频数据流的方式在网络上传递多媒体信息的技术，流媒体传输具有实时性和连续性的特点，边播放边下载的流式传输方式可以使用户不必等待所有的数据下载到本地。采用不同的码率传输，保证了用户在低带宽网络环境中也能在线浏览到连续多媒体信息，为流媒体在现代教育的应用提供了技术支持。

| Abstract: | Streaming media is the technique of delivering the multi-media information on the network with way of audio and video data,it has real time and persistent characteristics of delivering,While playing synchronously downloading stream transmission mode allows users without waiting for all the data downloaded to a local..Using different transmission rate,the low-bandwidth users in the network environment can also browse the on-line continuous multimedia messaging,It provides streaming media applications in modern education with technical support. |
