聚氨基丙酸化学修饰电极的制备及其对抗坏血酸的电催化氧化研究

摘    要:采用电化学聚合法研制了聚氨基丙酸修饰玻碳电极,该电极对抗坏血酸(AA)有良好的电催化氧化作用,AA在修饰电极上的氧化电位较空白裸电极负移450mV。在实验条件下,以线扫伏安法研究了修饰电极测定AA的线性范围为2×10-3~1×10-2mol/L。该电极具有较好的稳定性和重现性。

Abstract:The polyalanine modified electrode was developed with electrochemical polymerization and electrocatalytic oxidation of ascorbic acid (AA) on it was studied. Cyclic voltamrnetry was applied to investigate the development of the electrochemically modified electrode such as the affect of applied voltage, pH of electrolyte,concentration of monomer and cyclic number etc.. The result showed a catalytic per formance to the oxidation of AA,reducing overpotential by 0. 45V,and catalytic current increased much. The modified electrode can be attempted to electrochemical ampere determination of AA.
