大理民族中学学生肠道寄生虫感染与防治调查

目的：了解大理民族中学学生肠道寄生虫感染情况及防治现状。方法：取大理民族中学257名学生粪便进行镜检。结果：总感染率为9．34％，共查出7种寄生虫，其中鞭虫感染率最高，为3．89％。男女生感染无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。检查的四种主要名民族间感染有显著性差异（P〈0．05），其中回族感染率最高为22．22％，年级之问及汉族与少数民族之间的感染差异均无显著性（P〉0．05）。结论：大理中学生肠道寄生虫感染率低于全国平均水平，少数民族学生感染下降，提示加强饮食卫生宣教，定期服用驱虫药可取得良好效果。

Investigation on Intestinal Parasite Infection and Prevention for Students at Dali National Middle School

Objective: To know the conditions of intestinal parasite infection and prevention of students at Dali national middle school.Methods: Examination 257 stools of the students with microscope.Results: Intestinal parasite total infection rate is 9.34%.7 kinds of worms were found,the highest rate is T.trichiura infaction(3.89%).The infection rate haven't significant difference between schoolgirls and schoolboys(P<0.05).But it has significant difference between 4 kinds of major national peoples(P>0.05),and the highest infection rate is Hui people(22.22%).No significant difference between minority and the Han nationality,and between different grades(P>0.05).Conclusions: It is lower than the countrywide average level that the intestinal parasite infection rate of Dali middle school students.The intestinal parasite infection rate of minority students is lower than before.The effect will be better if we enforce the propaganda and education about dietetic sanitation,and take parasiticide.
