摘    要:采用所编制的变压苯非尔工艺数学模型,对该工艺进行了型模拟计算,给出了相比,再沸器热负荷、再生系统能量消耗,贫液冷却器热负荷均不同程度降低。

Abstract:Mathematical model of the Pressure Swing Benfield (PSB) process is established and simulation of the design case is carried out. The operation conditions and parameters are given. As compared with the original energy saving Benfield process, the result of energy conservation analysis for the PSB process shows that the heat duties of reboiler and the lean solution cooler, as well as the energy consumed for the regeneration system are reduced by 39.09%, 83.33%, 20.69% respectively.
