Fe-Cu固溶体价电子结构的研究

摘    要:用机械合金化方法,制备了具有fcc结构的FexCu100-x(x=17,50)固溶体,用X射线衍射法确定了Fe17Cu83及Fe50Cu50合金化过程中f相晶格常数随球磨时间的变化规律。并在此基础上分析了这两种固溶体原子状态的变化。

Abstract:Fe x-Cu 100-x (x=17,50)Solid solutions are prepared using high-energy ball milling of ele mental powder minxtures.The changs of lattice constants of fcc phase in ball milling process with ball milling time are determined by X-ray diffraction.The valence electron structures of the solid solutions are dettermined by means of the empirical electron theory of solid and molecules, and the variations of states of atoms in the two solid solutions are analysed on the basis of their valence eletron structures.
