| 摘 要： | 指出了义煤集团医疗保险系统由管理中心端和医院端两大部分组成.它以投保对象、医疗机构、医保中心、资金机构作为主体,通过医保业务管理、医疗机构管理、信息交换、系统维护、医疗机构的消费管理等系统功能,全面地实现了医保管理的自动化和科学化,同时还能够及时地向管理者和决策者提供医疗保险的各种信息.在提高医保管理效率、降低医疗资源消耗及保证医疗保险政策改革的科学性等方面起到重要作用.

| Abstract: | The article points out the medical insurance system of Yimei Group is made up of end of administrative center and two major parts of hospital. with target medical organization , medical insurance centre , fund organization as the main body. Through medical insurance business management, medical organization management , information exchange ,systematic maintenance , consumption management of medical organization, overall automatic and scientific management of medical insurance system is realized, At the same time , it can also offer various kinds of information of the medical insurance to the administrator and policymaker in time. It plays an important role in improving medicine efficiency , reducing medical resource consumption and guarantying reform of medical insurance policy and so on |
