Ce-TZP陶瓷的摩擦磨损特性

摘    要:
本文利用拴盘式摩擦试验机、扫描电镜EDX等技术,研究了Ce-TZP陶瓷及含有少量Al2O3的Ce-TZP陶瓷与Y-TZP对偶小球的对磨情况。实验表明,对陶瓷材料而言,材料的韧性对耐磨性有重要的影响。韧性高,耐磨性好,控制其摩擦磨损的机理是摩擦表面显著的塑性变形及塑性变形片的脱落,表现为沿晶和穿晶断裂。

Abstract:
Friction and wear properties of Ce-TZP ceramics and (Ce-TZP)+Al2O3 composite were studied by using a pin-on-disc machine. The materials were qround aqainst Y-TZP ceramic balls. The results show that the fracture thoughness of Ce-YZP plays an important role in determining its wear resistance. The mechanisms governing the friction and wear properties of Ce-YZP ceramics are the apparent plastic deformation and the removal of the deformed layers.
