武器运动构件材料应变疲劳寿命的研究

摘    要:本文针对目前大多数武器用高强度金属材料缺乏疲劳寿命力学性能测试数据,而武器运动构件应变疲劳寿命的计算又十分必要的现状,研究并讨论了现有几种应变疲劳寿命估算方法对武器用高强度金属材料的适用性,发现单一地采用任何一种估算方法,都不能获得令人满意的结果,据此,对现有的应变疲劳寿命估算方法进行了修正。

Abstract:In view of the fact that most high strenghmetal materials used in weapons are short of the test data ofthe fatigue life beliaviours and that calculation of the strainfatigue life of moving elements in a weapon is necessary, thispaper studied and discussed the applicability of several prediction methods on the strain fatigue life for the high strengthmetal materials used in weapons. It is shown that no satisfactoryresults can be obtained with only one of the prediction methods.On the basis of this, the existing prediction methods on thestrain fatigue are corrected.
