水轮发电机组电制动控制系统设计

摘    要:水轮发电机组由于启动、停机频繁,制动装置的利用率很高。水轮发电机组传统上采用机械制动装置,在停机制动时,制动闸块和制动盘间产生强烈的摩擦和机械应力,给水轮发电机组的安全运行带来很多问题。牛路岭水电站利用电磁力矩制动原理结合PLC控制技术实施水轮发电机制动装置改造,很好地解决了上述问题。系统运行多年,运行稳定、制动效果好,达到了预期的改造目的,具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:The utilization rate of braking rigging is high because hydro-generator set starts and stops frequently.In tradition,mechanical braking rigging was adopted in hydro-generator set,but friction between braking block and braking disk affected safe operation when Hydro-generator Set was stopping.Hydropower Station of Niululing made use of electromagnetic torque to carry out transforming of braking rigging combining with PLC controlling technique.By doing this,it can solve some problems mentioned above.The system has been running stably with good effect of braking for many yeas.In some sense,the expected goal of transforming has been attained and the system is of certain reference.
