基于模糊评判的群决策方法

摘    要:针对群决策为多个决策者对多个目标进行决策的特点,提出了一种新的算法,即模糊评判的群决策方法。该方法首先利用带权贴进度的定义求出各个决策者对各个方案的带权贴进度,然后以群的偏好作为最优策略的准则,来寻找出最优策略。给出了解决群决策问题的数学模型、步骤和过程。通过算例来验证方法的适用性。算例研究结果表明,求出的最优策略与实际模拟结果相一致。

Abstract:To aim at characteristic of multiple decision-makers deciding multiple objectives, a new arithmetic of group decision making method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is brought forward to account for it. Jostle degrees contained weights of every decision-maker to every deciding objective are settled based on its definition, and the most excellent strategy is solved based on group's subjective favouritism. Group decision making's mathematic model, steps and process are given and algorithmic applicability is verified by example. Example study shows that result of calculation is no difference and according with real simulative result.
