| 摘 要： | 文章认为流域生态安全问题具有深刻的历史渊源，与生产技术水平相应，不同历史时期、不同地区的生态安全阈限应是一个动态数值。以汾河上游为例，从人口、政策、技术等对生态环境干预度较高的人文因素入手，以森林、草地覆盖率变迁、水土流失程度为主要指标，对流域生态簧全历史阶段划分进行了初步探讨。

| Abstract: | The basin ecology security has the profound historical origin. Corresponding with the production technical level ,the different historical period and the different area ,the ecology safe limit should be a dynamic value. Taking Fenhe River upstream as the subjects, based on the population,the policy,the technology and so on,they are all the humanities factors to intervent ecological environment, and by the change of forest coverage, lawn coverage and the soil erosion degree for target, there discusses the historical stage division of basin ecological safety. |
