| 摘 要： | 基于国家与广东省创建生态示范区活动的倡导，揭西县借助其国家级生态示范区规划建设的契机开展了生态村镇建设工作．从揭西县生态村镇建设背景及其村镇建设现状出发，剖析其进行生态村镇建设的障碍因子与优势因子，进而对其生态村镇建设的阶段与目标进行了阐述，论证了揭西县开展生态村镇建设是可行的． |

| Abstract: | Based on the government's recommendation of constructing ecological demonstration area, Jiexi county made use of this opportunity to develop the ecological village and town construction. Right after the analysis of Jiexi village and town construction background and present situation, this paper discussed the advantages and disadvantages in constructing the ecological village and town, and then elaborated on the goal and stage of constructing the ecological village and town. In all, it was feasible to carry out the ecological village and town construction in Jiexi County. |
