现场总线仪表与控制实验室建设

摘    要:中国计量学院结合实际自主设计建设的现场总线仪表与控制实验室采用HART、FF、PROFIBUS总线等过程参数检测仪表和相应的总线控制器,能够开展基于现场总线技术的过程参数检测及自动控制系列实验,所有实验项目贯穿IEC61131—3语言编程、OPC应用及组态软件技术。建设实践表明:该实验室具有多总线、多软件、网络化特征,符合测控领域发展的要求;过程中总结出的经验,可以为其他相关实验室的建设提供有益的参考及帮助。

Abstract:Combining with China Jiliang University's pratice, field bus instrument & control laboratory was designed and constructed independently to meet the need of teaching and scientific research. The laboratory adopted course parameter measurement instrument of HART. FF. PROFIBUS bus and relevant bus controller, experiments coneeming course parameter measurement and automatic control could been carry out based on field bus technology, IEC61131 -3 language programming and OPC applying & configuration software technology ran through all experimental items. Construction practice showed that multi-bus, multi-software and networking were this laboratory's characteristic, it was according to the demand on measurement and control field's development. Those summarized experience could provide useful reference and help for the construction of other similar laboratory.
