摘    要:中小学教师是教学活动的实践,在教学过程中必须在教学理论的指导下,选择合适的教学方式组织教学,而教学模式正是教学理论与教学实践的统一,只有全面地把握各种教学模式的共性与个性、合理地选用教学模式,才能按教学规律办事,提高教学效果。

Abstract:Primary and Secondary school teachers are the practitioners in teaching activities. In the course of teaching, they should take teaching theory as their guide, and choose proper teaching methods. Teaching pattern is just an integration of teaching theory and teaching practice. Only when you grasp the generality and individuality of all kinds of teaching patterns, select a rational teaching pattern, can you work according to teaching regularity, and improve your teaching efficiency.
