| 摘 要： | 全面了解中学校长的培训需求，是做好中学校长提高培训工作的前提．本研究采用自编问卷就需求结构及内涵、课程设置结构、课程类别、培训方式等内容调查了温州市259名中学校长，结果表明，目前中学校长非常关注校长专业化的发展，注重教育管理能力的提高；课程设置宜采用“必修课程 选修课程”结构；培训方式以“研讨式不定期的集中专题培训”为佳；在培训中应注重提高教育科研能力和实施实习制度．

| Abstract: | To get to know the training need of headmasters in high schools is a prerequisite for the improvement of headmasters' training. The authors investigated 259 headmasters in wenzhou high schools and the results show that headmasters in high schools pay much attention to the new development in specialization, and the improvement in educational administrative competence. |
