| 摘 要： | 为了鉴定中华鳖"腐皮、疖疮"并发症的病原菌种类,对已呈明显发病症状且频死的20个、体重在100～1 000 g之间的中华鳖病样进行了病原菌的分离鉴定,经细菌组织涂片、分离培养与纯化、生理生化特性鉴定和人工感染试验证实,主要致病菌为嗜水气单胞菌(Aeromonas hydrophila)和洛菲不动杆菌(Acinetobacter lwoffi).药敏试验结果表明,两种病原菌对很多抗生素均存在不同程度的耐药性,而对美洛培南(Meropenem)、复方新诺明(Trimethoprim/Sulfa)等高度敏感,可作为防治该病的首选药物.
