基于Fluent数值模拟下梯形掘进巷道抽出式通风参数的优化研究

摘    要:梯形断面掘进巷道在煤矿应用普遍,其迎头面是产生粉尘的主要场所,有必要针对该类型断面抽出式通风工况参数进行优化研究。通过改变抽出式通风的风筒风口布置、风量大小等工况参数进行数值模拟研究,得到风口距迎头面合理距离范围:1~1.8,当提高风量到一定界限后,抽出式通风控尘效果改变不明显,将吸风筒布置于巷道顶部中央位置控尘效果优于居于巷道侧壁布置。

Abstract:Trapezoidal cross-section excavation roadway in coal mine is application of universal,The work face is the main place of dust generated, It is necessary for this type of section conditions to optimize the parameters of exhaust ventilation,the text through changing exhaust ventilation air duct outlet and air volume parameters to research and work out the reasonable range:l - 1.8,When increasing the air quantity to a certain limit, effect of dust controlled has little change, the air suction cylinder is arranged on the cen- tral position of the top dust control effect is better than that of in roadway tunnel side wall arrangement.
