钨合金绝热剪切损伤数值模拟

摘    要:
利用ABAQUS提供的用户自定义材料本构接口,将一种含绝热剪切损伤的材料粘塑性Johnson-cook本构模型引入其中,以此对圆台形钨合金试件在冲击载荷作用下的变形行为进行数值模拟,较好地模拟出了试件绝热剪切变形所产生的损伤.

Abstract:
With the user materials interface of ABAQUS,a viscoplastic Johnson-Cook constitutive equation with adiabatic shear damage model was embedded into ABAQUS.Based on this,numerical simulation of deformation behavior in tungsten alloys under impact loading was conducted and damage induced by adiabatic shear deformation was simulated quite well.
