摘    要:以农副产品下脚料豆渣为主要原料,利用乳酸菌、酵母菌和枯草杆菌为主的复合菌剂,通过微生物好氧与厌氧发酵的方法进行以豆渣为主的物质发酵实验研究,通过凯氏定氮法对发酵前后的豆渣进行粗蛋白含量的测定,测得豆渣的粗蛋白含量由发酵前的19.76%提高为28.06%,发酵后为发酵前的1.42倍.试验证明微生物发酵能有效降解豆渣中的蛋...

Abstract:The experiment is done with the method of microbial anaecrobic fermentation,using bean dregs as the main raw materials.The change of the crude protein in bean dregs was measured before and after the fermentation with Kieldahl Method.The content of crude protein in the fermented bean dregs has increased from 19.67% to 28.06%,which was 1.42 times of the originals.The results of the experiment showed that the technology of microbial anaerobic fermentation can effectively degrade the protein of bean dregs and i...
