| 摘 要： | 本文说明了企业技术跨越机会窗口的涵义,建立了基于突破性技术创新的企业技术跨越实现模型,探讨了突破性技术创新对企业技术跨越机会窗口的作用,分析了机会窗口在技术、市场、顾客和企业综合作用下如何开启和关闭的过程,提出突破性技术创新是实现企业技术跨越的新机遇。
