摘 要: | 1 Results The silicon nanocrystals (Si-ncs) are quasi-0D materials with rather unique physical and chemical properties that raise hope for optoelectronic applications. The strategy to improve the Si-ncs performances, as ensemble, is to increase their concentration in the device active layer. In particularly, substantial interest has arisen in the development of numerous synthesis techniques to produce luminescent Si-ncs with high concentrations. In recent years, we have concentrated our activities on preparing of colloidal Si-ncs by electrochemical etching1], and pulsed laser ablation in liquid solutions2-3]. In this talk I will give a brief account of our work on preparation Si-ncs in colloidal solutions and their functionalization with carbon nanotubes.
