摘    要:讨论了黑液的改性,即对黑液中的木质素进行磺甲基化反应.研究了反应条件的影响,找到了最佳反应条件.实验表明,该反应的主要影响因素是反应温度和反应时间,其次是物料的浓度.本反应产物能有效地乳化原油,使原油粘度大幅度降低,有利于稠油的开采.

Abstract:In this paper are discussed the modifying nature of the black liquor of paper-making,that is,carrying out the sulphonation reaction of lignin in the black liquor,studied the influential condition of the reaction,and found the best reaction conditions. The results show that the factors that influece the reaction are the temperature and the time,and secondly the density of the material.The products of the reaction can effectively emulsify crude and great1y reduce viscosity of crude.
