摘    要:采用酶联免疫夹心法,通过改变包被抗原不同组分的量及酶稀释液配方等方法,使得新一代HIV(1+2型)酶免检测试剂盒研制成功.

Abstract:Using the ELISA,through the change diaper antigen different component quantity and methods and so on enzyme diluents formula,causes new generation of the HIV(1+2)enzyme exempting from inspection test medicinal preparation kit to develop successfully,has the obvious superiority with other products,achieves the international standard.
