一种黑曲霉斜面培养基的优化方法

摘    要:通过一系列实验,优化了黑曲霉Co827的斜面培养基配比.优化后的斜面培养基为3.5°Be~ 3.6°Be麦芽汁培养基.采用优化后的培养基,单菌落孢子数达到167.2×105左右,产孢子能力提高了15.07%,通过摇瓶验证,产酸达到14.40%,提高了3%左右.

Abstract:A series of experiments is carried out in the study to optimize components of the Agarslantculture Medium for Aspergillus niger C o827.The oprimal Agarslantculture Medium contains 3.5°Be-3.6°Be malt extract. Spore number from single colony reaches 167.2× 105,that is 15.07% more compared with original hy using optimal Agarslantculture Medium.14.40% Citric Acid accumulated in shaking flask is 3% more compared with original by confirmatory flask-shaking fermentation.
