| 摘 要： | 用不同浓度的KMnO4(0.1%;0.3%;0.5%)对荞麦种子进行不同时间浸种(1min;3min;5min)处理,研究KMnO4对荞麦种子萌发的影响.结果表明,KMnO4对荞麦的萌发有明显的抑制作用,但随KMnO4的浓度增加和浸种时间延长而有降低的趋势.

| Abstract: | Buckwheet seeds were soacked with different concentration of KMnO_4(0.1%;0.3%;0.5%) for different time (1min;3min;5min)to determine the effect of KMnO_4 on germination of buck wheat seeds.The results showed that KMnO_4 inhibits obviously seed germination,and the ratio of germination reduces for increasing along with eoneentration of KMnO_4 and the time of soaking seeds. |
