| 摘 要： | 高校教学档案，有其自身的特点和重要作用。要完善高校教学档案的收集和管理机制，应做到：贯彻集中统一管理的原则、加强规章制度建设、建立一支高素质的档案工作队伍、对高校教学档案进行科学而有效的管理。另外，需要加强高校教学档案工作的研究，以更好地为教学服务。

| Abstract: | The teaching files of institutions of higher learning have their own characteristics and important functions. To perfect the collection and management mechanism of the teaching files, we should stick to the concentrated and united management principle, strengthen the building of regulations and systems, form the high - competence contingent for file recording and carry out the scientific and effective management of the teaching files. Besides, it is necessary to reinforce the research into the teaching filing work so as to serve the teaching better. |
