| 摘 要： | 如何对施工企业加强成本控制是一大难点。探讨了经济活动分析的目的和作用。提出了经济活动分析的会议制度、职责分工、流程与重点分析检查的内容，指出经济活动分析应与审计相结合，使成本处于全过程的监控之下，从而达到加强成本控制的目的。

| Abstract: | How to strengthen the cost control of the construction enterprise is a difficult work. This paper probes into the targets and functions of the economic activity analysis, puts forward the meeting system, the responsibility division, the process, and the contents of analyzing and checking emphatically of the economic activity analysis, and points out that the economic activity analysis should connected with the audit, making the cost be under the whole-course monitoring and achieving the goal of strengthening the cost control. |
